• Full Message History: Unlike standard bots, this bot has Privacy Mode disabled. It receives and stores every message sent in 1-on-1 chats and group chats where it is a member.
• Metadata: We store User IDs, usernames, timestamps, and Group/Chat IDs associated with every message.
• Profile Data: Your Telegram display name and profile photo (as provided by the API).

3. How We Use Information

• Service Functionality: To display group history in our web application for authorized team members.
• Third-Party Processing: We may use third-party processors to analyze message content, generate summaries, or provide support responses.
• Improvement: To troubleshoot and improve our support infrastructure.

4. Data Storage and Retention

• Default Retention: Messages and metadata are retained for 12 months by default to maintain a complete support and knowledge history for the group.
• Configurable Policies: Group Administrators may configure retention periods to meet their compliance requirements, including 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 24-month, or indefinite retention. When a retention limit is applied, messages exceeding the configured period are automatically purged from our database.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with:

• Third-Party Processors: Message content may be sent to processing services for analysis. We ensure these providers do not use your data to train their models (where possible).
• Infrastructure Providers: Secure cloud hosting and database services.

6. Your Rights and Deletion

• Individual Requests: Any user may request the deletion of their personal messages from our database by contacting us at [email protected].
• Admin Requests: Group Admins can request a full data export or a change in retention policy by contacting us at the same address.

7. Compliance

By adding this bot to a group, the Administrator acknowledges they have the authority to permit the logging of all messages for the participants of that group.
