Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SupportOnTelegram website (supportontelegram.com) or the SupportOnTelegram platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SupportOnTelegram provides customer support infrastructure for businesses operating on Telegram. The Service includes request processing and routing, deterministic multilingual support, managed agent cluster environments, message archival, bulk messaging capabilities, and a programmatic API for group messaging. The Service is provided on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

3. Eligibility and Access

The Service is available to businesses that complete our qualification process. Access is granted at our sole discretion following manual vetting of each application. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

4. Account Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including admin-generated Magic Links used for provisioning.
  • Ensuring that only authorized personnel access the platform on behalf of their organization.
  • Complying with their own regulatory and legal obligations related to customer data and communications.
  • All activity that occurs under their account, whether or not authorized by the account holder.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in any form of abusive communication.
  • Engage in illegal activity or facilitate illegal activity by third parties.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, access controls, or platform restrictions.
  • Exceed the scope of your authorized access or interfere with the operation of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Telegram Bot Privacy Policy, which describe how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in those policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, documentation, and related materials are the proprietary property of SupportOnTelegram and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients retain full ownership of their own data, including message content and customer information processed through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SupportOnTelegram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, client data will be available for export for thirty (30) days. After this period, data will be purged in accordance with the applicable retention policy. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately in cases of Terms of Service violations.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
