Qualification rules
A referral qualifies for a reward only if all of the following conditions are met:
- ✓The referrer provides a direct introduction to a relevant contact at the referred company
- ✓The referred company is not a current or former SupportOnTelegram customer
- ✓The referred company is not already in an active conversation with our team
- ✓The referred company is a good fit for SupportOnTelegram
- ✓The referred company becomes a paying customer and remains an active paying customer for at least 3 consecutive months
- ✓The referrer confirms they are allowed to receive a referral reward and will disclose the potential reward when making the introduction
