Rewards are paid after the referred company becomes a paying customer and remains an active paying customer for at least 3 consecutive months.

Exceptional strategic opportunities may qualify for a higher referral bonus, pre-approved in writing before or during the referral process.

Qualification rules

A referral qualifies for a reward only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The referrer provides a direct introduction to a relevant contact at the referred company
  • The referred company is not a current or former SupportOnTelegram customer
  • The referred company is not already in an active conversation with our team
  • The referred company is a good fit for SupportOnTelegram
  • The referred company becomes a paying customer and remains an active paying customer for at least 3 consecutive months
  • The referrer confirms they are allowed to receive a referral reward and will disclose the potential reward when making the introduction
